Stage Project - Programmed for Spring & Summer 2019
Trustee Mike Baker is coming to the end of a major project to refurbish the entire stage area, including its surrounds.
Work began on 8th April. The plan was to complete by the end of August, but this has not been possible for various reasons - none serious.
Areas within the scope of works are:
Asbestos survey - Completed and minor action taken in advance of the main project
Structure of the stage itself - Complete
Walls - permanent and demountable flats - Complete
Curtains - Complete
Electrics - 90% complete
Ambient Lighting - Complete
Decoration - 90% Complete
Drama Lighting Infrastructure - Complete
New Sound system - Complete
Hearing Loop - Working again
Storage solutions - Final planning
Stairs and handrails - Complete
Demountable stage extension - Part purchased
All funding is in place.

£8,615 donations and fundraising including donations from Goring Gap News, Karen Kelly, Art Exhibition Exhibitors and others
