Covid-19
Covid-19 Update - 28 January
Following the end of Covid regulations on 27 January 2022 it is no longer a legal requirement for hall users to wear face masks when in Goring Village Hall.
However with cases still high we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that all users carry on wearing masks and taking all precautions to avoid contracting and spreading the virus.
We are still only allowing one hirer to use the hall at a time. If multiple hirers want to use the hall at the same time we will consult both parties to see if their events are compatible without reducing the Covid security of the premises.
We ask all users to open doors and windows for maximum ventilation, to adopt sensible social distancing, to use hand sanitisers and regular washing of hands, and to employ a one way system for entry and exit. The QR codes for Track and Trace are being left up and we encourage their use.
We remind all hirers that as a condition of booking they must arrange insurance appropriate for their event and this may include liability arising from Coovid-19.
We will continually review matters as conditions change.
