Note: Kitchen - Full use means use of the cooking facilities, warming cupboard, dishwasher etc.

Sound and Vision Equipment
The Main Hall has a permanent projector with electrically operated screen.
There is a state of the art sound system with various input options, including bluetooth.
There is no charge for the use of these facilities, but hirers must be trained to use the equipment and should be aware that a key will be required to access the equipment.

Licensing

Note: Hirers MUST inform us of intention to sell or consume alcohol when they book the halls.
There is no form to fill in for PRS license, but hirers need to be aware of the regulations.
Hirers should be aware that the Performing Rights Society may require addition payments for events with a ticket price of £20 or above unless the price includes food or drink. See Terms & Conditions paragraph 4.
Copies of the licenses held by the Hall Trustees can be found on the notice board in the Belleme Room.

Payment
Standard payment terms are full payment by Cheque, or BACS within a week of a confirmed booking and invoice, unless it has been agreed that payment can be made Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly or in the month prior to the event.
Invoices are sent out electronically and contain all the information you need to make your payment. If you have a query on an invoice please contact the Booking Secretary
